Harold PantazePresident
Harold has 31 years of experience in PCB design and founded Silicon Hills in 1992. He is a past officer of the Austin IPC Designer’s Council. His day-to-day responsibilities at Silicon Hills center on managing finances for the firm, but he’ll still occasionally sit down to work on a PCB design, as the challenge of it is what originally attracted him to this line of work. Prior to founding Silicon Hills, Harold had stops at ESC, XeTel, and Litton. In his free time, he enjoys farming.
Theo PainterVice President
In charge of operations at Silicon Hills, Theo brings over 31 years of experience in PCB design and operations, beginning at Litton in 1986. Before becoming one of the original employees of Silicon Hills in 1994, Theo gained experience at Technology Works and Marco International. The challenge of solving issues with PCB designs was what originally drew him to this field of work. Outside of the office, Theo spends his time hunting, tinkering, learning how things work, and gardening.
Shelly TrevinoManufacturing Manager
Shelly oversees all manufacturing activities at Silicon Hills and has over 34 years of experience in electronic manufacturing, including cable harnesses, SMT, and through-hole technology. She held previous positions at Western Digital, TI/Solectron, and Applied Research Labs. It was the fast-paced environment and the diverse types of projects she gets to work on that originally attracted her the PCB design profession. In her off hours, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and fostering animals.
